The Hashgraph Group and Teleport to Develop Digital Customs Documentation System for Southeast Asian eCommerce Trade

The Hashgraph Group (THG) and Teleport (Capital A) are co-developing a Digital Customs Documentation System (DCDS) built on Hedera to digitize and secure cross-border trade in Southeast Asia. The project uses Hedera Consensus Service for immutable shipping records, integrates with TradeTrust for legally recognized electronic trade documents, and applies AI for HS code validation. A 1H 2027 proof-of-concept targets Malaysian lanes, aiming to reduce delays, misclassifications, and manual work in logistics.
