The Hashgraph Group and Teleport announced a collaboration to co-develop a Digital Customs Documentation System (DCDS) for Southeast Asian cross-border trade, built on Hedera. The AI-driven, DLT-backed system aims to accelerate and secure customs processes, reduce misclassification and delays, and leverage Hedera's Consensus Service and TradeTrust integration. The project targets Malaysian lanes initially, with a 1H 2027 proof-of-concept, and seeks global expansion across land, air, and sea logistics.
