The system uses Hedera Consensus Service for immutable event records, integrates with TradeTrust for legally recognized documents, and adds AI-powered HS code validation. Targeted for 1H 2027 completion, the pilot will start with Malaysian lanes and high-volume by-air routes, scaling globally thereafter.
