Hedera Unveils CLPR to Unlock Cross-Chain Liquidity

Hedera unveils Cross-Ledger Protocol (CLPR) at HederaCon 2026 to enable native cross-chain liquidity and interoperability. CLPR uses cryptographic state proofs and threshold signatures to allow assets, data, and messages to move between ledgers without bridge validators, aiming for direct ledger-to-ledger transfers across HashSphere private networks and public networks (including EVM chains). Open-source and chain-agnostic, CLPR could reduce bridge reliance while supporting institutions seeking cross-network asset mobility and enterprise-grade governance.
