Hedera Deploys Strategic HIP‑1313 Upgrade to Support High‑Rate Entity Workloads

Hedera rolls out HIP-1313 in v0.73, adding a high-volume processing lane to support mass entity creation. The upgrade enables up to 50,000 TPS (FileAppend) and 25,000 TPS (ConsensusCreateTopic) with an aggregate cap of 31,500 TPS, plus dynamic pricing via real-time lane utilization and a setMaxTransactionFee cap. Activation uses high_volume = true to route to throttle buckets. SDKs updated (Java 2.71+, Go 2.79+, JavaScript 2.83+), Mirror Node exposes high_volume fields for verification. Useful for onboarding, migrations, and NFT minting bursts.
