Hashgraph & Truesense file patent for privacy ID system

Hashgraph Group and Truesense filed a European patent for Continuous Identity Trust Infrastructure (CITI), linking physical presence with a decentralised digital identity and zero-knowledge proofs, anchored on Hedera. The system uses ultra-wideband sensing and on-device ML to verify presence without exposing data, with records anchored to the Hedera ledger. Aimed at EU compliance (NIS2, eIDAS2, EU Digital Identity Wallet) and potential EU funding (€74.3 million) for deployment across 50 corporates in 27 states, spanning sectors like transport, healthcare, and manufacturing.
