Hashgraph and Teleport Develop Customs System in Southeast Asia

Hashgraph Group (THG) and Teleport partner to create a Digital Customs Documentation System (DCDS) for Southeast Asia. The project will use Hedera Distributed Ledger Technology to secure immutable shipping event logs, integrate TradeTrust for legally recognized digital documents, and apply AI to validate HS codes. The system aims to speed up cross-border clearance, reduce documentation errors, and improve transparency. A proof of concept is planned for H1 2027, targeting Malaysia-bound routes and high-volume air cargo.
